State-of-the Art ICT Facilities

The capability of TYFI is extended to its state-of-the art facilities. To date the company is operating with four (4) production area. All seats are designed with sufficient space to make agents comfortable in carrying out their job responsibilities. All computer hardware and software are up-to-date and we are only using licensed software. We have a 8mbps dedicated, 20 Mbps burstable internet connectivity at any given point in time for our VoIP and Internet based applications. TYFI is connected to its DID facilities incountry. All Free Call/ Toll Free inbound services are able to connect to incountry DID facilities making inbound traffic very cost effective for clients. Sustainable Seating Capacity

TYFI has over 600 seating capacity over two buildings separated by a 200m share car park. Building one has four production areas approximately measuring 2,500 sqm with a total seating capacity of 450 seats. Building Two has also four production areas over 1,120 sqm seating 170. The total of 3,620 sqm houses our operations and administration offices.
