  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in BS IT, BS ComSci or other IT related courses
  • At least 2 years experience as TL/CM of a technical support
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
